  • Responsibilities: Provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and vision for the company. Make high-level decisions, set goals, and oversee operations.

  • Executive Team:

    • Chief Operating Officer (COO): Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives.

    • Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Responsible for financial management, planning, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

    • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products/services and drive growth.

    • Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Responsible for overseeing technology development, IT infrastructure, and innovation to support the company's objectives.

    • Human Resources (HR):

      • HR Manager: Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring a positive company culture.
